The Carmanah office has a very warm and relaxing vibe. As soon as I entered, I felt reassured and confident that the professionals there could help...and I was right.
Working with my team has been transformative. I am actively repairing my relationship with food and eating, as well as relationship to self. Our sessions are informative, and I feel relaxed and comfortable to be vulnerable. I am so thankful to be working with them.
